Sharkbar C5 Corvette 1997-2004 Harness Mounting Bar, Replaces Sparco Original Harness Bar

Vetteworks C5 Sharkbar harness bar keeps both occupants securely in place while auto-crossing, drag or road racing. The bar aligns the belts to the proper angles and is manufactured with the highest quality .120-wall DOM steel. Included in kit is vertical reinforcement tubes. These tubes mount to the base of the B-pillar and connect to the harness bar. This helps to anchor the harness bar and creates a triangular reinforcement that prevents the bar from any vertical movement and keeps the harness bar in place and level at all times. These pieces combine to help stiffen the chassis and improve the overall handling characteristics of the Corvette. The unique design also allows you to retain most of the space in the back seat area of your vehicle. (fits 1997-2004 C5 Corvettes) This harness bar will work in conjunction to our Lap belt bar PN-C6059707. 

Production & Availability Notice – Harness Bars

Please note that Vetteworks harness bars are not stocked items. They are continuously produced in ongoing batches, and due to steady demand, they are almost never sitting on the shelf ready to ship. While production of harness bars is generally faster than other custom components, lead times still vary depending on their current workload.

We stay in close communication with Vetteworks and follow up on all open orders to help keep them moving through production. However, because these bars are built as part of an active manufacturing cycle—not pre-stocked inventory—exact ship dates cannot always be provided in advance.

Your patience is appreciated while your harness bar is completed. Most orders move through production at a reasonable pace, and you will receive a shipment notification as soon as it is finished and ready to go.
