Bump steer is when the front wheels steer themselves without input from the steering wheel. The undesirable steering is caused by bumps in the road interacting with improper length or angle of the suspension and steering linkages.
Van Steel bump steer kits are stronger than factory and control toe change. They feature inboard and outboard heims to replace factory inner and outer tie rod ends without modification. They also use stainless steel studs along with the chromoly heims that have a static load of 18,000. The sleeves are powdercoated with a durable finish.
