This is the exact timing chain used on the Corvette Racing C5-R, C6.R and C7.R race cars from 1997-present in the ALMS and now United Sportscar series. Also such endurance races as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and 24 Hours of Daytona. The C5-R race chain gets proprietary features over the standard IWIS aftermarket LS chain which includes œfine blanked plates and a proprietary pin coating. This is the only chain you™ll ever need, and since it fits over production sprockets its a direct replacement with no worries of clearance to your oil pump. This is the 62 link version for RHS and Dart/Katech tall deck blocks with raised cam position.
