C6 Corvette Carbon Fiber Roof Panel Bonding Service

Product Description

Includes:

    Removing the old roof panel from the roof frame.
    Cleaning/Stripping all old adhesive from the roof for a clean bonding surface.
    Removal of parts and hardware
    Bonding of the new carbon fiber roof to the roof frame with a specially-chosen industry specific adhesive for the application.
    Reinstallation of old parts and hardware.

How it works:

    Purchase your carbon fiber roof panel from C6 Perforamnce or supplier of your own choice.
    Email us at [email protected] to get an RGA# (Return Auth Number), so we may identify your roof upon arrival at our facility
    Write RGA# on box and send us your core/roof.  If you do not have a core, don't sweat it we have C6 roof frames here available for purchase.
    Allow 2-3 days for strip and rebond service,

Core requirements-  Frame must be undamaged, unbent, uncracked

Notes-

    original Lens or painted panel becomes unuseable and will not be sent back to customer
    You will be charged a shipping charge with this service.  That charge covers getting the rebonded new roof back to you.  Customer is responsible for sending us their panel and core.  Be sure to insure your core for $500.
