Hypertech Powerstat Thermostat. 180 Degree

Hypertech 160 Deg. Thermostat 97-03 Corvette, GTO, Camaro, CTS-V, Trans Am.

  • A cooler running engine improves performance by increasing the mass air flow rate of intake air and by reducing the engine's tendency to detonate.
  • Reduces the temperature of both the incoming air/fuel mixture and the surfaces of the combustion chamber allowing the engine to safely develop more horsepower.
  • Easily installs in 30-45 minutes with normal hand tools.
  • 2-stage design with integral housing, made specifically for the LS1 engine.
  • Avilable in 160° F and 180° F opening temperatures (Factory thremostat is 195° F).
