The 1VM rocker draws inspiration from the 5VM splitter design, while also featuring an extended undertray paneling to protect the exposed painted portion underneath the C8. The straight-back and step-out design of the Corvette Racing C8.R barge board also inspired the functional purpose-built rocker extension.
