These are factory original hinges that have been "Show Quality" triple chrome plated. This is what you need to add some piazzz to your trunk. Fits 1997-2004 C5

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove bolts from hinge and scribe the inner hole onto frame, one bolt at a time, replacing the bolt after scribing the mark.
2. After scribing all holes, remove all bolts and hinge.
3. Replace with chrome hinge, aligning holes to scribe marks.
4. Reinstall bolts.
