It's no small order to replicate and then improve upon the leather products in a C6 Corvette. When we started, we decided from the beginning it would be a good idea to edge out a template for each product we make. Accordingly, we disassembled the interior of my brand new C6. While I was a bit uneasy at first, I knew the caliber of product we could produce so my tension was short-lived. We started with the boot. Upon its removal, we cut several pieces out and began the laborious process of remaking it. Several iterations later we had it! It looked perfect. Next came the doors and then the seats. My car doesn't have side impact bags so that made the process a bit easier. After several cuts, we honed in on high quality templates with tremendous new looks. That pretty much was the standard process for everything else within the car. The next major step in our evolution concerned color choices. To look good, colors must be precise, perfectly matching the exterior colors as well as being consistent among other similarly colored products within the car. We searched for a long time and ultimately came up with a company that provides us the absolute best leather stocks and colors for our production needs.While we don't stock everything, we can make (through our custom order department) virtually anything you would like.
