Wilwood's forged aluminum Aerolite radial mount calipers and 14.25" diameter Spec 37 alloy directional vane two-piece rotors are combined in an all new brake upgrade packages for the 2014-2019 C7 Corvette Stingray. Six piston front calipers and four piston rears are available in gloss black or red. Available with SRP drilled and slotted performance rotors with BP-10 compound metallic composite Smart Pads, or GT competition series rotors with face slots only and BP-20 compound pads, deliver high-torque stopping power, optimized cooling efficiency, and high-tech styling for the street or track. Each kit includes all necessary hardware with DOT approved stainless steel braided flex lines, and a detailed instruction guide for an easy bolt-on installation.

AERO6 forged six-piston caliper delivers heavy duty stopping power for the road or track. The caliper incorporates race technology into a body design with widespread adaptability. Radial mounting, multiple options for piston volume, and a rotor diameter ranging from 12.88" to 15.00" give this caliper the versatility necessary to suit all types of heavy weight braking requirements. The body of Aero series caliper is stress-flow forged from a premium grade aluminum alloy billet. Stress-flow forging realigns the metal's internal grain structure to flow within the contour of the caliper body. This process eliminates the stresses and interruptions to the internal grain structure that occur when machining a straight block billet. The results are a caliper with superior clamping efficiency and ultimate strength against fatigue, stresses, and distortion under load.

GT Series Big Brake Short Offset rotor hats are precision machined from premium aluminum alloys for high strength and attention to minimized weight. Hats in this category feature threaded rotor mount holes for use with standard through-hole mount rotors. Threaded hole hats may also be used with T-Nuts or bobbins designed for use with specially machined slotted hole dynamic mount rotors. When used in conjunction with matched Wilwood rotor hardware kits, GT hats provide solid, reliable performance in the most demanding conditions.

Wilwood's GT 60 Curved Vane Spec-37 rotors are manufactured from a proprietary iron alloy developed to withstand extreme temperatures with the highest possible degree of resistance against distortion, warping, cracking, and wear. The formulation for this alloy is a derivative of technology and materials that were significant in the development of the extreme duty military spec rotors that are manufactured by Wilwood.
