Kore3 FlexKore Stainless Steel Brake Lines - C5/C6 Corvette, Base Models and Z51

FlexKORE front and rear C5/C6 conversion brake line kits plus rear axle drop. Designed to work in conjunction with the C5/C6 calipers and your original hard line at the frame and axle. Kit includes the following components:    

    (2) FlexKORE brake lines for front C5/C6 calipers
    (2) FlexKORE brake lines for rear C5/C6 calipers
    (4) M10-1 banjo bolts
    (8) 10mm crush washers
    (2) 5/8" brake line brackets
    (5) spring clips Four (4) custom configured FlexKORE brake lines.

All brake hoses are constructed using a superior 5 layer hose design:
        1/8"ID X 3/16"OD PTFE (Teflon) hose
            100% compatible with all brake fluids: DOT 3/4/5/5.1
            Flexible and impact resistant
            Chemically inert/stable/nonreactive
            High temperature resistance: Max operating temp = 500F (260C)
            Excellent resistance to aging and degradation
        Kevlar braided sheath
            5X greater strength to weight ratio than steel
            Lightweight and flexible
            Reinforces the Teflon hose to virtually eliminate expansion under braking without chafing the Teflon hose
        Rubber barrier & isolation layer
        300 series stainless steel wire braid
            Reinforces the Kevlar braid for additional resistance to expansion
            Protects the hose from debris and other road hazards
            Excellent corrosion resistance
        PVC jacket Protective outer layer to keep dirt and other abrasives from penetrating the stainless steel braid thereby maximizing the life of the hose.

    Street Legal: All brake hose assemblies are designed and manufactured to comply with US Federal D.O.T. MVSS-106.
    All hose assemblies pressure tested to 4500 psi [31 MPa] after assembly.
    Hose specifications:
        Operating Pressure = 1750 psi [12.1 MPa]
        Burst Pressure = 7000 psi [48.3 MPa]
        Minimum Bend Radius = 2" [50mm]
        Outside Diameter = .350" [8.9mm] Teflon and Kevlar are both registered trademarks of DuPont or its affiliates. NOTE: Two (2) crush washers will be provided with each banjo fitting specified. Banjo bolts, brackets, clips, and additional crush washers are all available seperately. We stock Clear ONLY, Optional Colors will take 1-2 weeks for production time. Brake line kit comes with all the necessary components for a complete installation of front and rear axle.
These lines are built to KORE3 specifications, meeting D.O.T. Certification. Stainless steel brake lines improve braking performance, eliminates the spongy feel of rubber hoses and provides superior resistance to corrosion.
